Loved it so much, we’ve decided to make it our "go to" place whenever we visit Philip Island !! We just loved our stay from the moment we arrived. Simonne was there to welcome us, she ushered us to our beautifully furnished cosy room, just perfect. Everything was spotless, the newly renovated bathrooms are 5 star. The location is simply a winner, minutes’ walk from the beach and main hub of eateries and local cafes. Very relaxing in a beautifully appointed old guesthouse, with tranquil gardens. The location of this guesthouse is fabulous, close to beach, shops and restaurants. The room was beautifully appointed to suit the style of the guesthouse, little touches such as fruit, chocolates and port were an added bonus.

Very comfortable and cosy accommodation with thoughtful touches and a lovely verandah to sit on. The Information and photos were very accurate - the continental breakfast was great with cereal, crumpets, a variety of spreads, yoghurt, nice crockery and we appreciated the Lipton tea and coffee bags plus orange juice. Accommodation was very up market with some nice antique furniture, luxurious bed linen, soft carpets and was very clean. Bathroom was beautifully renovated and spacious and the little touches like the crystal decanter of port, welcome chocolates and bowel of fresh fruit made our stay special. We felt welcomed and looked after by our hosts. They recommended a lovely restaurant in Cowes for dinner which did not disappoint and shared with us some of the local walking tracks to explore.

I have been going to Cowes every year for 30 years, and this beautiful accommodation would have to be my favourite. The Hosts are absolutely lovely - the rooms are cosy and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast and tea and coffee supplies were all good quality brands (no "black and gold" here!). Having bought the business just before COVID, the owners spent the time doing renovations, very tasteful, and I hope it pays off :-) With a very short walk to the beach and main street, this is the place to stay! The owner Simone made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved everything about this place. The house is 100 years old and the owners have been renovating it period style and it was actually a really romantic environment they are creating. Simone suggested we purchase tickets to the Penguin Parade and to also visit Nobbies which we did and in particular the penguins are amazing experience. Loved that when we came back after dinner that Simone had left two port glasses and a small decanter of port to warm us up! –

Quiet, peaceful, yet close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Simone was so kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow! We had such an amazing stay thank you. I was nervous because of everything going on, but the room was clean and sheets were good too. The amazing owners went beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and magical. Thank you for making our engagement so special. We will be back soon!
